LS Training System is a landscape equipment training service where they teach basic operating technique and hazard awareness to old and new employees.  Check them out at www.LSTraining.com.  It’s all online, so no software, no DVD’s no VHS.  LS Training has a library of 33 videos, complete with interactive online exams.  Once the exams are passed, the system generates training checklists, each takes 10 minutes to be done  with a trainer/supervisor where the employee demonstrates their basic knowledge and skills.  The system itself stores, records and reports all training data which is a requirement of the Ministry of Labour.
